Founder and Managing Attorney Philip J. Geib, Esq., graduated from Virginia Wesleyan College in 1984 and the University of Richmond School of Law in 1987. After Naval Justice School in 1988, he served in the United States Marine Corps as a Legal Assistance Attorney, special assistant U.S. attorney, defense counsel, and prosecutor, including assignments in Okinawa and Beaufort, South Carolina. He separated as a Captain and is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the North Carolina State Bar, as well as the Virginia Beach Bar Association, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and American Trial Lawyers Association. He brings extensive courtroom preparation and litigation experience and has handled publicized matters in Hampton Roads.
Associate attorney Sydney Geib joined the firm in 2023, focusing on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and traffic law. The team assists clients in pursuing compensation for injuries, navigating workplace claims, addressing traffic charges such as DUI, DWI, and speeding, and managing complex VRS disability benefits claims.
