The Pennington Firm, P.C., founded in 2012 and based in Dallas, Texas, provides legal counsel across estate and tax planning, asset protection, business law and business litigation, family law, and real estate matters. Effective June 1, 2024, the firm merged with Atwood & McCall, PLLC; all personnel joined Atwood & McCall, and the practice now operates under the Atwood & McCall name. As part of the combination, trial lawyer Austin Pennington became an equity partner at Atwood & McCall. He leads the Civil Litigation Group and established the Real Estate Transaction Group, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in commercial disputes, real estate, and construction-related matters.
