George Hite McLean III, founded in 2011 and based in Memphis, TN, represents clients across Tennessee and Mississippi in civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on family law and business law. An associate attorney with Glankler Brown, PLLC, he handles trials and preliminary matters for plaintiffs and defendants, advises business owners in disputes, and represents individuals in landlord-tenant and employment and labor matters. He has served as guardian ad litem in Probate, Circuit, and Chancery Courts and is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.
McLean earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he received the CALI Award for the Elder Law Legal Clinic; an M.B.A. from Christian Brothers University; and a B.A., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi.
