Ouida has 28 years of experience in Family Court as a prosecutor focused on juvenile matters and has practiced law in South Carolina since 1991. Her honors include the Ernest F. Hollings Award for Excellence in Prosecution, the Hero Award at a Governor’s Conference on Crime, and the Champion for Our Children award. She serves on multiple state and local boards, including the Governor’s Juvenile Justice Advisory Council.
