Legal Malpractice

I am writing to you in hopes you may be able to help in my precarious situation. I have a 100% winnable DTPA case filed in a Texas District court. My attorney has acted with malice and has not worked my case or moved it forward in the past two years. The judge has now set a status hearing for Dec. 29th which prompted him to send me a text message that he no longer wishes to work on the case because he is unprepared and has not acted in our best interests. We fear he may tank our case in front of the defense at the hearing. I have ALL evidence, exhibits, correspondence, etc. including a detailed spreadsheet of all events ready to move forward with a slam dunk DTPA case and regrettably now a legal malpractice case as well. I can provide much more information concerning this matter at any time.
I pray you can help or refer me to someone who can. Thank you for your time and consideration.
