Founded in 1981 and based in Silver Spring, MD, Jay Lazrus is an attorney licensed in Maryland and Washington, DC, with an inactive license in Virginia. He advises individuals and businesses on contracts, business formation and governance, real estate, estate planning, divorce, mediation, technology-related matters, and business mergers and acquisitions, and also serves as outside general counsel.
