Co-founding attorneys Mark B. Martinez and Michael P. Martinez bring extensive government and private practice experience. Mark previously served as counsel for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and is admitted in Florida; outside Florida, his practice is limited to immigration matters before federal agencies. Michael is admitted in Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee and has represented clients for more than 15 years in immigration, state, and federal courts. Both attorneys are fluent in Spanish, and the firm provides bilingual service to clients.
