Diament Patent Law, founded in 2008 and based in Encino, California, provides intellectual property counsel to clients nationwide and internationally. The practice, led by registered patent attorney Adam Diament, J.D., Ph.D., handles preparation and filing of utility, design, and international patent applications; U.S. and foreign trademark registrations; intellectual property legal opinions (including patentability, infringement, and clearance); copyright protection; licensing; and related business matters such as entity formation for LLCs, corporations, LLPs, and partnerships.
Adam Diament is admitted to the California Bar and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (both in 2008) and brings a scientific background in genetics and biomedical research. He has secured patents and trademarks across fields including mechanical, optical, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, electrical, and biomedical technologies.
