Represented Sonnedix Power Holdings (JP Morgan Asset Management) in the proposed acquisition of $250M in renewable development assets in Mexico. Conducted due diligence on $500M of "legado/auto-abasto" solar projects and advised on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for solar energy in Sinaloa.

Cross-Border M&A & Private Equity: Directed cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including the multi-million dollar sale and asset transfer of a maquiladora operation in Tecate/Tijuana. Represented developers in securing over $10M in cross-border private equity and commercial loans.

Real Assets & Sovereign Land Use: Managed legal structuring for a 2,000-unit development project spanning 10 miles of coastline on the Sea of Cortez, including complex ejido (agrarian) land conversion to private use. Acted in an advisory capacity to the City of Tijuana, drafting administrative regulations for land tenure regularization and municipal property acquisition.

International Governance & Estate Planning: Managed complex, multi-jurisdictional probate cases and civil/criminal property disputes for foreign owners. Structured long-term continuity planning, corporate governance, and compliance for cross-border joint ventures and commercial real estate investments.
