Mark Ignacio Law, APC, founded in 2012 and based in La Mesa, California, focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust administration for clients in San Diego County and throughout California. Led by founding attorney Mark Ignacio, the firm designs and maintains living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives, and guides families through court probate and post‑death trust administration.
The team offers structured strategy sessions and complimentary educational seminars for the public; those in attendance are eligible for a fee discount. When needed, the firm coordinates with realtors, financial advisors, and tax professionals to align legal plans with financial and real‑estate considerations.
Mr. Ignacio is a graduate of California Western School of Law, served with the Legal Aid Society and at the Office of Counsel for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), and received the State Bar of California’s Wiley B. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Services.
