Founded in 2007 and based in Glendale, CA, Adam Nabil Bouayad provides trial-ready representation in labor and employment law. The practice handles discrimination (including age, disability, gender, pregnancy, and sexual orientation), retaliation, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, employee misclassification, whistleblower matters, wrongful termination, collective bargaining issues, and class actions. He has served as lead or second-chair counsel in jury trials and has prevailed in claims involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, and wage/hour violations. Bouayad earned a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from UCLA and a J.D. from California Western School of Law, where he served as an Honors Instructor. Earlier in his career, he represented school districts and private-sector employers in labor and employment matters, including litigation, union and labor relations, workplace training, agency representation, and mediation. He is a member of the State Bar of California, belongs to the Labor & Employment Litigation Section, and is admitted to practice in all U.S. District Courts in California. He serves as a partner at Workplace Rights Law Group.
