Becky Bartness also holds an AV-Preeminent rating, was a real estate specialist for over 15 years, and practices commercial arbitration and mediation, licensed in all Arizona state and federal courts and the Ninth Circuit.
Jack Wilenchik is named to the Super Lawyers list of Top Rated Attorneys and in 2018 obtained the largest jury verdict in Mohave County history. His practice includes business and employment litigation (plaintiff and defense), law enforcement matters, and estate tax and tax controversy cases. He appears in Arizona state and federal courts, the Ninth and Tenth Circuits, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Tax Court, and maintains active pro bono commitments.
